I was at the animal hospital near by and getting my fur friends vaccinating and while I was waiting for them, I stepped out to order some food before heading home which was around 4:45-4:50ish. Since this was near by I decided to try it. I ordered and I went back to the hospital to finish up and drop them back to my car and went to pick up the food by the time I went to the pizza place it was 5:15. It seemed like people were still waiting so I decided to wait 10more minutes then ask. After asking the workers,(one started two days ago and other one with tall glass worker) how long, they mentioned 15 minutes. So I decided to wait hoping the food would be good. And then another 30minutes pass, my food was no where near done. I asked for refund and by the time I walked out of the place was 6:05. I was done at that point. I understand I came on a busy holiday but they quoted such a wrong time.

CPA has been our automatic pizza takeout destination for ths past year and we have yet to have a negative experience. The pizzas and salads have always been the best. But the MUST HAVE in every one of our orders is the breadsticks which are PHENOMENAL!

Ordered delivery at the hotel, pizza arrived earlier than expected, delivery driver was very nice, pizza was phenomenal, plenty of cheese without having to add extra, delicious toppings and the thin crust is perfect, light and airy but not burnt and overdone!

So expensive pizza with no reason. In canada you can spend a canadian 100 dollars for a big party or 6 pizzas. But here I spent 90 US dollars for 2 pizzas, and those are literally 🤮. So disappointed.

I am visiting from Florida where you can’t find good Chicago Pizza. – The pizza I had was delicious. Wish you had a place in Florida!

Delivery...ordered sodas with my pizza and mozzarella sticks. Driver forgot the sodas.

The 18” Family size thin crust pizza was baked to perfection (ie crispy crust, gooey cheese, and great coverage of sauce and toppings). We also ordered 2 styles of chicken wings because not all members of our family wanted pizza. The Garlic Parmesan and Sweet Red Chili wings were tasty. The chopped salad was a hit as well as jalapeño poppers for those that wanted something extra. The In-Laws even enjoyed the food and they especially can be tough to please. This will be our new go to whenever we don’t feel like cooking.

Overall the food and delivery service was great!

I was in the area, googled pizza, and CPA showed as highly rated. Very good, and sufficient quantity of sausage (met my standard). Sausage, sauce, cheese and crusty were all very tasty.

Always have a yummy meal from here. Have only had pickup or delivery.

Always our Sunday night go-to! Consistently quick delivery, hot fresh pizza, and friendly drivers. Can't go wrong with Chicago Pizza Authority for a reliable, delicious dinner.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Was in Chicago for work, so I had to get my first deep dish pizza ever. Friendly staff who had good recommendations and the pizza was awesome! 10/10 would go back again.
