Chicago based small business restaurant owned and operated by Chef Immar Ayala Urbina. Each of Chi's sandwiches are made fresh to order, Unique to Chi BurgerBabi Chef Crafted Flavors and house made sauces. Sandwiches include the Cuban, Caprese Chicken, Smoked Pulled Pork, OG Rib Eye Steak, Grilled Chicken Paillard, and Chicken Parmigiana. Each of our ground chuck burger balls are mashed seared to medium well to lock in flavors and still get a nice and juicy paddy. Burgers include The Classic, The Wicked J, The Royale with Cheese, La Chavela / The Crazy, and La Patty Melt. Choose from Truffle Fries to Fried Plantains or crispy spicy Thai dumplings, each created to be paired with your choice of sandwich, burger, or wings.
