Chef Vola’s… what can I say? This is a legendary place and from the customer service I know why. Great service even from the lady that I spoke with on the phone. Would I say its the best italian I have had? No, but between the ambiance and service it is worth the trip. The house salad was nicely done albeit basic. The veal parm chop is what they are known for and although I found it cooked nicely it was bland. The sole with crust was delicious. Best thing we had. It had a nice sweetness to it and a perfectly flaky fish. I would skip the pasta with sauce course. The angel hair with meat sauce wasn’t the best. The cheesecake was delicious especially the one that tastes like warm chocolate chip cookies. The limoncello pie was like a bitter key lime pie. We enjoyed our experience here and I would recommend coming if you can. Great place and I hope it is here another 100 years.

An amazing meal in a piece of Atlantic City history. Hands down best experience from start to finish! Can't wait to come back (if I can get in lol.)

Unbelievable. Amazing, intimate ambiance. The veal piccata was one of the best dishes I ever had in my life. I went to sleep dreaming about it. And the CHEESECAKE was like I died and went to heaven. This place is a MUST if you’re in AC. Anthony was our server and he was also fantastic

We celebrated our “50th” Anniversary at Chef Vola’s today. The staff could not have been more welcoming. Besides the food being amazing our waiter Anthony literally made our Anniversary special. We will definitely be coming back a lot. This place is “AMAZING”. Real old school Italian.

Meals are consistently good. Veal parm is awesome and pastas are very good. Porch and basement atmospheres are ok. The dining room seems better but i have not eaten there in my 4 visits because of the large groups I’ve eaten with. Service is great and the servers and manager are all great people a

Outstanding as usual, service attentive by all, Fresh mozzarella wrapped with prosciutto delicious. veal parmigiana with side of linguine blush sauce, eggplant parmigiana and of course the banana cream pie awesome and enough for another meal to take home. Plan ahead do not miss this opportunity when visiting AC. Vegetarian options: Eggplant is terrific
