Growing up Chef Tony learned his way around a kitchen, now he has over 20 years of cooking experience all across the world. He has been contracted to cook all over leading him to the halls of Congress in our nation’s capital. As a result of the pandemic, he found himself leaving the confines of a traditional kitchen. Chef Tony decided to try his hand at different cooking adventure – Thus the magic of Chef Tony’s Food Truck began in a pop-up tent at SpringGate. Now Chef Tony’s has morphed into Chef Tony’s Food Group consisting of 7 food trucks and multiple taverns. Chef Tony’s Tavern provides a variety of food creations with quality uniqueness.
