The Polish bagel (Obwarzanek Krakowski), is a twisted bagel, woven from two strands of dough, with a crispy flaky crust around a dense soft interior.

Inspired by our Bouchon recipe, added almonds, walnuts, and raisins, covered it with chopped almonds and made it into an incredible Truffle!!
