Straight from the heart of Jamaica's lush wetlands, I'm thrilled to share a dish that's deeply personal to me. Growing up in Black River, St. Elizabeth, my grandfather's fishing trips would often yield an abundance of fresh shrimp. As kids, we'd gather in the backyard, eager to cook them up, and that's where my passion for cooking first ignited.
Our Black River Shrimp is a loving tribute to those childhood memories. Succulent shrimp are smothered in our signature blackened seasoning, then topped with a rich, velvety Cajun butter sauce. Served with your choice of two sides( Garlic Mash Potato & Veg of the Day), this dish is a true reflection of my culinary journey and the flavors that shaped me into the chef I am today.
