Our server tried but food was not good at all and was delivered incomplete missing multiple key components. For example, the meatloaf and gravy arrived very dry and with no gravy. After several minutes waiting the server came back and said the kitchen was working on it and was microwaving more gravy, not what we wanted to hear. By the time the rest of the meals arrived it was 10 minutes later and we ate what we had delivered so far or it would've all gotten cold. No apology for the multiple kitchen mistakes and no replacements or refunds offered. Worse, the food we got was all not good. Everyone's dish (we had 4 different dinners) was disappointing at the least. The place is new and beautiful inside but the food not so much. That will be our first - and last - trip here sadly. There are other much better choices in town.
Friendly service and good food. Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of small children there and you could not hear them.
Great food at very reasonable prices. Excellent service!
Not sure where to start, this place is usually pretty good. Our waitress wasn’t the greatest to start. We had a stack of salad bowls and bread dishes, she must have passed the table ten times and only took them when our main dishes showed up because there wasn’t much room. As for the food, my Wife got the Monty Crisco sandwich and pretty much picked through it because most of it was fried bread. As for my Daughters food she got the meatloaf which was completely dried out. Also the waitress never even asked her what sides she wanted. As for me I got the lemon pepper chicken which was also dried out, the broccoli was so over cooked I took my fork and just smashed into pretty much a broccoli paste . When all was said and done we all agreed that we should have just went to Hooters. That’s chain restaurants for ya, and why I rarely go to them anymore.
Their "scratch kitchen" is not entirely true. The burger looks and tastes exactly like a Red Robin, and others, burger. Otherwise, the waitress was excellent, followed my order exactly, and she was timely.
Love this place! Out of all the commercial restaurants, this is one of the best. Food is really good and fresh. Prices are reasonable. They always start you off with some honey butter croissants that are amazing! Wish they Cheddars up in NY!
