Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Would recommend they bring extra napkins and plates with the croissants, but otherwise say a great meal, and service.

I say this with all the sincerely I can muster. if y'all are going to mess-up 3 out of 5 take out orders, STOP doing takeout orders.

Good food and priced reasonably. Took a while to get our food but we had a large group. Separating bills with the machine was a bit of an hassle.

Ordered carry out. I admit that I did not check it when I picked up but when I got to my hotel, I had somebody else's order......ooops!

Took a while to even order drinks. Refills came out quick. Food arrived cold, not even warm.

The food tasted horrible and it was cold for all 4 of us. One dish, the cheese bites were actually edible so I asked a to go box for it. The server grabbed a box off of a table, from under some leftovers that other people left there, poured the crumbs out of it and handed it to me. You read that right! And for this experience we paid +$100!!!!! Needless to say, never again Cheddar’s!!!!

Service was extremely friendly and attentive. Food was as expected, however, their "thing".. their "what makes us different from competition" is they start each person off with their own (unannounced, unoffered) "starter-croissant", warm and smelling like fresh baked pastry.. drizzled lightly w "pastry drizzle." Looks like it'll melt in your mouth, but gone in 2 deflating bites as it is mostly air-likely accompanied by an amount of calories SO UNNECESSARY you'll only realize what you've done once your actual meal of food is placed in front of you, as you are hardly finished with the appetizers, ALL OF A SUDDEN, ALL ATOP your starter croissant. Just made me think, "eew, but seriously, why?? And can I just have WATER? That's not standard upon arrival?" Haha Chances are you didn't even THINK about NOT eating that warm, evil, unnecessary TEMPTATION. If you did decide not to partake, thinking "it'll ruin my meal, no thanks," like I did. Guess what. it sat there long enough getting cold and going to waste that I took a bite and thought, ehh kinda gross.. but finished it anyway.
