Charleys Cheesesteaks

I recently visited Charley’s Philly Steak #739 at Tanger Outlet Mall, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I spent over $33.42, drove 15 minutes to get there, and another 15 minutes back home. Despite having had good experiences at this location before, this time was an exception. There were missing items from my order, and the food, to my surprise, tasted bitter. I tried to address my concerns by calling, but I was hung up on twice. This raises questions about the training and attention to detail among the crew. It's unusual for this location, and I hope there can be a swift improvement. Perhaps some retraining for the staff or cooks could make a significant difference.

Food was ok. Not great. Bread had decent flavor, but a weird chewy consistency. Like a bread flavored yoga mat. Prices are crazy high for the quality of food you are getting. Sandwich combo with an extra side of fries was $23.00. Will not be returning.

It’s a franchise. The sandwiches were good. The staff were friendly.
