Honestly Lois was probably the rudest employee I’ve ever met. Im not even surprised that I read a few reviews with her name mentioned. The food wasn’t even good and honestly wish I would’ve just gotten a refund and went somewhere else. Get employees that are actually pleasant and nice to customers.

Great place. Employees that care. Keep up the good work. Great everything. Fries are excellent.

Christmas eve at the food court and this location only had one poor hard working employee! He should be commended for his dedication and hard work! Everyone needs more people like him!

The manager was horrible, trying to explain my order was wrong and the girl was talking under her breath and cursing using the f word. I got my money back and left. I will never eat here again.

Lois is very rude and nasty. No matter how good the food is people refuse to come back when your customer service is terrible. Whoever the DM is needs to make some immediate changes and offer her a coaching opportunity.

Went in today. Manager was extremely rude, hostile and aggressive. Did not want to change her gloves after touching different things. She refused to give money back, and her crew was on her side.( Bad sanitation)Tried to grab my phone away from me and didn’t want to give her name was. Do they ever get food safety training or customer service training!

Looked at me like I was crazy for asking for salt. No salt in the entire store? Then why are my fries frosted with salt? $30 for nothing.but disappointment.
