Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Dude at the register was nice enough to get off his personal phone to take my order. Then persisted to have his arms crossed with attitude the whole time I was ordering.

You don't have to shop at Walmart, but you gotta try out. Charlie's cheesesteaks pretty Dang good, add recommend going there. I believe they do delivery to check out the pics. Parking: The parking like any other place at any other Walmart. Charlie's is located inside the Walmart. Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendliness what can I say it's walmart every kid goes in walmart Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's wheelchair friendly and if you don't have a wheelchair. Walmart has a drive around cart. Cause you're in their store. You can eat there too at charlie's in their cart.

This location has gone down hill. Food was disgusting. Lemonaide was basically yellow water, I tossed it gross, no flavoring at all. Wings made me nauseous as soon as I swallowed them.. I wonder if they were cooked all the way.. on top of it they gave us piping hot fries in a styrofoam cup (!?).. I asked for fries.. not a side of carcinogens. Normally they serve them in paper cups (because heated styrofoam causes cancer). I agree with prior posts, staff has gotten rude and very entitled. The gentlemen that helped us didnt respond in any polite or even normal-manners manner.. I said "Thank you".. no response.. so I said it again.. he looks at me and hands me the receipt.. despite the fact that he messed up our order, which I was totally cool about. The reason he messed up our order was because he kept turning away from me not listening. Very.. 'Ya, what do you want..' attitude. I tried to correct him kindly but he didnt get it, so I just said whatever and paid for what I didnt order. Definitely feel like I want my $20 back.. especially because the meal was so gross I had to throw it in the trash and go somewhere else to eat. Sorry Charlie.. never again.

Bad service I went 2 days ago at night and the guy who take my order was very rude to me Probably because it was almost close time but I ask before order , if I can still order they said yes but he was like rushing me he just throw the food at me

Restaurant is ok overall but few staffs seem to be a little rude overall. Mary is one of those staffs who was rude throughout the entire ordering process. She might be one of the rudest customer service staff I have encountered in my entire life. Food was good. Rest of the employees are good. 5 star to food 0 star for customer service.

Michelle was extremely rude to me on two different occasions now. Very short and bad customer service. I recommend staying away from this location. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked what the cheapest sandwich available was. Very mean woman

The whole team at Charley’s has the top customer service. The restaurant was clean and let’s talk about the classic WINGS!! The mango habanero were crispy and delicious! Thank you for making our experience great! Keep up the great service!

This place absolutely blew my expectations! Customers service was incredible! Felt right at home and food was delicious! Absolutely would recommend to everyone. Two thumbs up!

The steak was really dry, and the sandwich was smaller compared to the other Charleys locations in Riverside. It was more bread than meat barely any onions and peppers on it as well, mozzarella sticks were not hot could tell they were not fresh, marinara sauce was really cold, the fries for all 3 of us weren’t made fresh either. My son had a kids meal and received a 2 pack of Oreos that I could have gotten at Walmart myself and the lid on his kids cup kept coming off easily and continued to spill and leak everywhere. Definitely won’t be back to that location very disappointed especially for the amount of money we spent. Ordered the Old School Philly and the original Philly
