Chan's Noodle Bar Rumney Cardiff

I’ve been a customer of Chan’s for years but normally pick up. Tonight after a busy week I chose delivery. What a shambles. Night ruined and I came home and cooked instead. I cancelled with Ubereats but they knocked on our door 3 hours later with the order. I’ve no issues with the food but don’t recommend delivery.

A bit pricey but worth it

Terrible service. Order hasn't arrived and then the restaurant closed! Waited over 2 hours! Ridiculous. They were not picking up the phone, completely ignoring us. Don't accept orders if you can't prepare them. Avoid this place.

Spent £25 here only to receive the wrong order, so disappointed. Tried to call up to complain and got no answer. Ordered the three in one tray with egg fried rice and recipes noodles and spilled everywhere.

It's a really good takeaway, nice food

Ordered food for collection, had the conformation. Turned up 10 minutes later to a look of confusion, then the lady pulled a receipt out of the bin and said 'oh yes'. Then asked us to wait a further 10 minutes, which turned into 20 mins waiting with not even an offer of a drink or even a prawn cracker. The food wasn't worth the wait either..

Thieves. Ordered food 2hrs before closing time. They accepted the order, gave no response afterwards… then close the restaurant without giving us our food. No refund given either. This is the second time they’ve done this. AVOID CHANS.
