Champs Family Entertainment Centre

I have visited Champs on a few occassions and always had a good time. We had our year end hockey party here last year and the kids had a blast and food was good. Today I visited their location rather late in a last minute effort to gather support for a fundraiser and the gentlemen I spoke with were very kind and accommodating, I wish I had started here first. They have great offers to work with charity to help raise money. Next time your organizing an event/fundraiser I would highly recommend speaking to Raj.

The place is tired, needs a face lift. Bathrooms are gross, there was 1 stall that was usable. I won’t be back.

The service was horrible all the waitress did was talk to a group at the bar most of the night took an hour to finally serve us at our table, Ordered drinks too more then an hour for waitress to ask if we wanted more drinks and or food. Didn’t pay much attention to our table the food was cold too

Went for a birthday lunch and bowling! They do have an arcade for all ages to! Great place to have fun!

Would not recommend.. we were in the VIP room for a birthday party. I got a birthday package and didn’t receive some of the things it included. Not worth the price. Not sure why they don’t offer a party room anymore.
