A variation on the perfect sandwich: we hand bread our chicken and serve it crispy between a challah bun from local bakery, Sixteen Bricks. Pepper rubbed, topped with herbed habanero honey, pickles, greens, and lemon garlic aioli. It's that good, and also comes with a side of our house made chips. Try substituting Veggie Pakora (in lieu of chicken) as a vegetarian option! Note: not vegan.
