Colaneri Estate Winery. Made in traditional “Ripasso” style with aromas of cherry, blueberry, nutmeg and raspberry.  The palate begins with the essence of plum, cherry, currant and clove all brought together with a long finish. 14.5% ABV, 750 ml bottle.

Angels Gate Winery. The nose is full of red plum, raspberry, blackberry and a hint of smoked meat. The palate is refreshing, with dominate red berry notes. 13.5% ABV, 750 ml bottle.

Cave Spring Cellars. The nose is highly perfumed with lifted red berry and raspberry fruit alongside nuances of tilled earth and cedar. The palate is medium bodied with a sweet, supple feel up front, followed in the middle by an elegant harmony of dark cherry fruit and nicely rounded textures. Firm, well-integrated tannins build here, carrying saturated blackberry fruit and persistent notes of black top and smoke on the finish. 12.5% ABV, 750 ml bottle.

Cave Springs Cellars. A dry, Brut-style sparkling wine with aromas of ripe red apple, bread dough and toasted nuts; medium bodied on the palate, it is quite round up front with a fine, delicate mousse; the mid-palate shows rich apple fruit balanced by a hint of mineral austerity, followed by a crisp yet full finish of yellow plums and light toastiness. 12.5% ABV, 750 ml bottle.

Malivoire. Brightly perfumed of rich strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb and watermelon. A sip is juicy, mouth-filling and tasting of dark cherries and other red berry fruits, pomegranate and Granny Smith apple. The finish is long and fresh. 12% ABV, 750 ml bottle.

Tawse. The palate displays flavours of vanilla, white grapefruit, and crisp minerality. 13.0% ABV, 750 ml bottle.

Angels Gate Winery. The nose features a bouquet of peach, honey, rose and green tea leaf.  Hints of vanilla are also imparted by the French oak used in maturation.  The palate is very well balanced in acidity, body, and warmth. 13.5% ABV, 750 ml bottle.

Cave Springs Cellars. Aromas of yellow plum, pink grapefruit and anise lead the way, with hints of ginger spice and gun flint in behind. The palate is dry, medium bodied and quite rich in feel, with ripe citrus and stonefruit flavours underpinned by a firm, stony texture and elegant, well integrated acidity. The finish is intense and mouthwatering, replete with white peach, nectarine and canteloupe, topped off with a hint of spice. 11.5% ABV, 750 ml bottle.

Henry of Pelham. Melon and grapefruit flavours dominate the palate, while honeysuckle aromas fill out the bouquet. 12.5% ABV, 750ml bottle.
