Life’s about to get a little more warm and fuzzy as you sip on Distorted Bliss, our crisp and hoppy California Pilsner. Brewed with Italian-grown pilsner malt, cold-fermented, and lightly dry-hopped with Strata, Mosaic, and Galaxy, this pilsner delivers an elegant balance of refreshment and flavor. Expect bright aromas of light tropical fruit and whole-cluster Chenin Blanc, followed by delicate flavors of honey-drizzled white wheat cracker, dried melon, and mango. A perfect companion for long drinking sessions. 5.5% ABV

Radio Edit is a Hazy West Coast pale ale. The haze comes from protein and a high rate of dry hopping that leaves the beer opaque. The West Coast part means it’s aggressive with crisp hop flavor, assertive bitterness and a lingering lemongrass finish. Well hopped with Galaxy, Citra and Motueka the beer has aromas and flavors of lemon and orange peel, jasmine, melon and pine. 5.7%

Another pairing with our cherished Mosaic hop. Our Simcoe brings some great blackberry and coniferous aromas. Combine that with Mosaic’s melon and guava character and you get a deep and complex hoppiness. Mo’ Simcoe is tropical, dry and resinous but also has a hop sweetness that rounds it all out. West Coast for life! 6.9%

In Northern California we say HELLA, but in Boston they say WICKED… We brewed Wicked Juicy as our 1st attempt at creating an IPA in the style of the great hop-forward brewers in the Northeast. Now it is a favorite! We make this one with Simcoe, Citra & Galaxy hops along with a simple grist of pale malt & oats & fermented it warm with an expressive yeast. It’s totally unfiltered and popping with ripe Pineapple-Orange-Guava aromatics and a smooth, juicy flavor. Unfiltered and hazy as can be! 7%

A technicolor explosion in a glass. Wide Rainbows is a full-throttle, lusciously hazy IPA packed with Strata, Riwaka, Centennial, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Expect a saturated wave of ripe tropical fruit, fresh-cut citrus, and dank rainbow funk. Strata brings the strawberry-leaning haze juice, Riwaka lifts it with zesty lime and passionfruit, Centennial adds classic grapefruit snap, and Nelson finishes with its signature white wine and gooseberry twist. Creamy, soft, and almost absurdly saturated—this one paints outside the lines. 6.4%

Hopped intensely with Mosaic and Simcoe in the boil for rich hop oil stickiness and double dry hopped with Nelson, Motueka, Mosaic and Centennial. Big bright fruity aromas from the Southern Hemisphere hops with a pine and stone fruit focused flavor. Praise these hops, I saw the dank! 8.2%

Crafted in collaboration with Horus Aged Ales, this bold and decadent English-style Barleywine was aged for 14 months in W.L. Weller Bourbon Barrels. Deep layers of crème brûlée, burnt sugar, and toffee meld with rich cacao, subtle cola, and a hint of Rolos, creating a luxurious, warming experience. Classic, refined, and unapologetically indulgent. 14.1% ABV

Built on the same rich foundation as Le Risqué, this English-style Barleywine was aged for 14 months in W.L. Weller Bourbon Barrels, then conditioned on Horus Aged Ales' custom vanilla blend for an extra layer of decadence. Bursting with massive vanilla aroma, it delivers deep flavors of marshmallow, crème brûlée, and toffee, wrapped in bourbon warmth. Silky, bold, and irresistibly indulgent. 14.1% ABV

We’re having a little fun for our 11th birthday with our first ever adjunct barleywine release. After blending together 24 month bourbon and rye barrel aged munichwine with 18 month bourbon aged barleywine, we roasted up 400 lbs of pecans and infused them into the blend. That’s 2 lbs of pecans per gallon! Our talented brewers then added a pound per barrel of Madagascar vanilla bean and a touch of cinnamon to create a boozy liquid pecan roll! You will be entranced by the patisserie aromas of pain au chocolat, pecan pie filling and Little Debbie’s pantry followed by decadent flavors of pecan morning buns, caramel drizzled french toast and bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. 14.8% (contains pecans roasted in peanut oil)

Bourbon Blammo is the bourbon barrel aged version of our massive coconut imperial stout BLAMMO! For the 2025 release we blended five oak barrels: three barrels of stout aged in Savage and Cooke Bourbon barrels for 36 months; one barrel of munichwine aged 28 months in a Buzzard’s Roost Bourbon barrel; and lastly one barrel of barleywine brewed exclusively with Maris Otter that rested for 20 months in a Weller Wheated Bourbon barrel. We then conditioned the blend on over 200 lbs of organic toasted coconut. As always, it is ridiculous! 16.5%

The 2024 vintage is a masterful blend of five components, marrying 60% single oak-aged Barleywine with 20% Double Oak Aged Barleywine and 20% Double Oak Aged Munichwine. Enticing aromas of Tawny Port, cherry cordial, Tahitian vanilla, bourbon-soaked dates, and chinotto draw you in. Each sip delivers rich, layered flavors of maple sugar, crème brûlée, fig, cinnamon-raisin pumpernickel French toast, and a warm bourbon finish. 16.4%

Bellatrix is a blend of golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with a stunning amount of blackberries. Fermented with a collection of various yeast and bacteria, Bellatrix conjures an aura of freshly picked blackberries and luscious berry preserves with a twist of lemon acidity. 6.3%

Home, Sour Home is our golden sour beer fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. It's aged in oak barrels with peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla bean, simply reminding us of homemade peach cobbler. 7%

Cherries paired with golden sour beers stand the test of time, which is one reason why we wanted to blend Stone Age Love, our golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with tart cherries. With 84 pounds of tart cherries per oak barrel, Stone Age Love radiates with flavors found in summer stone fruits. This sour showcases notes of fresh-picked cherries, juicy peaches, and tart plums with hints of melon. 7.2%

Blurred is a series of beer/wine hybrids that combines techniques and processes from the winemaking world with mixed fermentation practices from the sour beer world. Blurred Rose utilizes whole cluster grapes from our friends at Heringer Estates in Northern California, that we crushed and destemmed in-house. A blend of Barbera and Pinot Noir grapes were utilized in tandem to produce aromas of tart cherry, blackberry and strawberrry, while the mixed fermentation beer provides a soft canvas of mellow asian pear and citrus. 10.1%

One of our foodshed ferments, now in a can! Feral blackberries handpicked from the perimeter of our farm and wild native elderberries we foraged from near the Russian River macerated on organic dry-farmed Jonathan juice from Meyer Farming, Sebastopol. Our love letter to the bounty of Sonoma County, with notes of earthy tartness, layered with notes of bramble, dark berry, and wild herbs. 8.5%

Fresh, tropical, semi-dry cider infused with Brazilian pink guava just before final packaging. We think it pairs well with tiny paper umbrellas and your favorite Hawaiian mixtape. 6.3%

Wild-fermented blend of Sonoma County organic dry-farmed apples: Gravensteins, Golden Delicious, and Rome from Sebastopol’s Vulture Hill Orchard, Nehou and Muscat de Bernay from Murray Ranch, Sonoma Mountain. Vibrant, just a touch semidry, with a plush tannic structure and notes of cherry, apricot, lemongrass, and orchard floor. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. Just a touch for a funky-fresh, fruit-forward cider experience. 8.5%

A buoyant blend of two pomes and one grape. Pineapple quince, Jonathan apples, and Carignan grapes. Native yeasts, unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfites. All fruit organic and dry-farmed. Pineapple quince: Solana Gold, Sebastopol. Jonathan: Meyer Farming, Sebastopol. Carignan: Trimble Vineyard, Mendocino County. Racy, zingy, lithe. 9%

Our 2021 Chardonnay is comprised of fruit from the English Hill and Taylor Ridge Vineyards, both located between Sebastopol and the Pacific Ocean. Extreme weather swings from warm days to cool foggy nights and mornings create an expressive Chardonnay with a high impact tropical fruit aroma. Oak character is subtle as the barrels we used were just shy of neutral. Flavors and aromas of guava, pineapple, lemon, lilac and subtle toast. Highly refreshing.

Our 2020 Pinot Noir has fruit sourced from the West Sonoma Coast AVA, aged 22 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation. This wine is packed with aromas of cranberry, strawberry preserves and rose petal. On the palate we get bing cherry, cedar, blackberry and white pepper. A silky mouthfeel and bright acidity contribute to a refreshing and balanced finish.

Our Syrah is grown at 2700 feet elevation in Mendocino. Fermented with 50% whole cluster in new oak. Aromas and flavors of blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, star anise, cigar box and subtle smoke. This Syrah delivers massive flavor from one of our favorite grape growing regions in California. Mendocino County, CA 14.2%
