Just picked up 3 bowls and they were literally half filled. We got no pita and had asked for 3. Not impressed at all. Drove there and picked it up and expected more.

CAVA is always great quality, just this time around not the best service. I get it if it’s a busy night but we just did not have a good customer service experience here for dinner tonight. It seems like they are unhappy to be there and never have a smile on their face.

Reliable, healthy, fast, and tasty: I love getting dinner from CAVA because my whole family can get something of what they want without me worrying about getting junk food. It’s ready quickly and this combination is magic sauce for my kids who are often part of the hangry under 10 year old crowd.

The cashier, Jose, was nice and friendly!

I placed an order online to be ready at 11:15am and it has been 30 mins of waiting and finally food came out. What is the purpose of online ordering and giving a time if it will not be ready at the specified time? Online options asked if I wanted utensils and I was not given utensils although I said yes to please include them. I should have just gotten online to order in person.

Crowded and loud inside. Order was not ready when they said it would be. Server said he would check on my order, disappeared, and never came back. Waited extra 20 mins for my order. No communication. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
