This Cava is the best! It’s clean the staff is awesome and the food is incredible! Fast service. This is the only Cava I will ever recommend. Keep up the great work!

Great location and accommodating staff! The manager Chris is especially customer service oriented. The line moves quickly and the staff remained friendly and patient as I ruminate over what dressing to get since they no longer offer my favorite. The staff gave me samples to try and recommendations. Then the manager gave me both my top picks just in case lol. Ingredients were fresh....this is a usual pick for my coworkers and I but this is now our favorite location!

The sustainer service was terrible I said sauce on the side and 2 seconds later she puts it all over my food the guy put so small portions I am very dissatisfied

Excellent service and food, whether for lunch or dinner and fast to-go service too. Less indoor seating after remodel but much faster line!

The continuously, for the third time, forget to put the dressing in my DoorDash orders. I always call the second the order gets confirmed and I always message the Dasher as well to please confirm that the dressing is in the bag.

The person taking my order was really rude, I have come to this place for a really long time, and I had never experienced a service this bad and less from a manager. I was the only customer, and he yelled at me as if I'm a member of his family or something. I wasn't stealing or asking for free food. He should be removed or given some customer service classes .

CAVA is my absolute favorite. I am at the one on Bethesda Row at least once a week. I'm addicted.. lol. The food is good, and the staff is friendly.

Cava is always great! This location was super friendly, not stingy on portions and very attentive! I was greeted as soon as I walked in (mind you that has not happened at other cava). The place was clean and I had had a great dinner.
