Caspian Fast Food Takeaway

Ordered the 16" jumbo munchy box to feed 3. Was horrible, box was literally filled with 75% chips, a wee corner of Donner, a few bits pakora, a handful of bhajis and a couple of tandoori wings which were not cooked right. The amount of chips compared to meat in this box is atrocious and for £21 I'd expect more. Called to complain but didn't seem interested so won't be ordering here again in a hurry.

We're regulars to Caspian in Temple hall. What used to be a 10/10 takeaway is now a 0. Every order has an issue, are they deliberately sabotaging orders at this point! One of the items I ordered was 3 scoops of ice cream and not for the first time I received 2. Times before this I've received 1 scoop or no ice cream at all ! It's literally on the online order you cannot misunderstand the order. So what's going on at Caspian ? The annoying thing is the food is actually good but the awful customer service and the constant mistakes mean I don't recommend Caspian anymore.

Best scran shop that's ever been in T-Hall

Had a Calzone and chicken pikora Calzone was well and truly under cooked and the Chicken Pakora was like rubber, used to be good but last few times never been that good. The staff swearing behind the counter luckily no kids in the shop at the time.

Great food ,ice cream great service.
