History Established in 1991. Here at Casper's Cherokee of Eagan you will find juicy steaks and burgers that arrive sizzling from the grill. Families enjoy made-from-scratch meals in the cozy booths. The Barn serves up libations and nightly activities, while games broadcast from ample TV screens, including two 10'x12' screens. After a seven-month hiatus due to a fire in 2011, Casper's Cherokee in Eagan reopened with a revamped menu, a restored bar, revved up décor, and a renewed spirit.
