🍴With nearly 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Tipjutha has done an excellent job as the Executive Chef Norbert Kostner in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and establishment of her career. It’s time to start her new kitchenette journey in Seattle. “Cashew Thai Cuisine” is established from the warmest love and enriched of the family’s profound story. Her family started a cashew farm since she was a kid. They put love and care in every step from the seed selection to the harvest until delivered into the customers’ hands. Chef Tipjutha had a deep connection with the cashew to her family from generation to generation and would like to express her special bond of love through her talents by creating the foods with the cashew.
