Casa Ramen is a local ramen restaurant that is inspired to serve Dallas' Best Ramen. Everything we serve is made from scratch in the kitchen, including noodles, broths, tare and toppings.We LOVE noodles and show this in our process of broth-making which can take an extremely long time in order to draw out the flavors from each ingredient.
