Carvers Fish & Chips

The family called in for lunch and were seated right away, we were lucky to miss the busy time , we were served with our meals quite quickly and enjoyed it

Had two large haddock and a small portion of chips tonight all was cold and I only live five minutes away will complain when I go in again but that might be along time £15.50 for cold food

Great value and good quality for the fish and chips loved it.

I went for takeaway fish and chips, two large haddock, mushy peas and pineapple fritter as a treat. Been ok before but this time not acceptable. Had to remove and throw all batter away, even on the pineapple fritter as completely soggy and not cooked. Paid just under £20, and the haddock was very thin and not large. Won't be going again for some time now, a total waste of money.

One of my favourite places for fish and chips.

Always a friendly welcome with a smile from staff, the excellent fish 'n' chips were very tasty. Two types of curry sauce, normal and the much more flavoursome spicier 'Irish' one. Restaurant very clean and tidy. Best in the area. Great music selection, oldies and classics, not playing too loudly. Always enjoyable and great food. Sometimes busy, sometimes not...
