It was disgusting and nasty. The ice cream had no flavor at all. The workers have an attitude and one of them put the unwanted soft serve ice cream inside the non-dairy already premade ice cream. If you wanna save money don’t go here cause you’ll end up wasting it

Very clean interior. A variety of ice cream cakes available. I came here to purchase an ice cream cake. Very friendly service. And also easy to get to. Not far from route 4.

I recently had the pleasure of checking out this spot and I have to say, it's a gem. It was very clean, and the staff is so accommodating and quick. I was even there for opening week back in December and management was present, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. I could literally smell the freshly baked goodies a mile away. The range of offerings is pretty solid and I’m happy to say I now have some new menu faves. The place was spacious enough that I was able to stand and chat with a group of friends while waiting for my order. I’ve been looking for a staple like this in the neighborhood, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I know where I’ll be going for my breakfast treats and sweet pick-me-ups! Highly recommend this spot.

I grew up on Carvel in The Bronx and its been my favorite ice-cream since i was 5 years old! I was so excited to see the new location in Teaneck! (I normally drive to the one in Hasbrouck Heights.) I visit a minimum of 5-6 times a week if not everyday. lol On my 1st visit I told the server (I can't remember her name.) I'm going to be your BEST customer! She's a young lady and I think her name starts with an M. She's very pleasant and soft spoken. I think she's of a Middle Eastern Indian decent. I know she's off on Tuesdays. lol When I walk in she knows EXACTLY what I want.:) Great customer service! I asked her why don't they have a customer punch card because I should have one to get a free Sundae. lol She laughed and agreed. The next time I came in she gave me a Carvel pen to show my loyalty and said, "You really are our best customer because you're here everyday.:) I felt special and it makes me visit your location even more.:) Everyone is always nice but this young lady went above and beyond to make me feel special. #thankful

Great Carvel location. I'd probably avoid using their rewards system as it feels very crude and not well put together.
