Caroline's Bonanza

So after reading the previous reviews I just want to say if you arrive and it's busy ( it's a small cafe so can be chaos) then she maybe tad sharp, but she is very warm and friendly and cant really see where other people are getting rude from! She was nothing but pleasant on every visit we had during out stay!!

Coffee good but, trouble is, if you’re in the hospitality business you really have to be hospitable and like people. Slight problem there!I’m sure she has her reasons but probably best to go do something else! I refrained from asking ‘is it being so happy that keeps you going?!’

Wow, how rude no please as you walk in or smile. She did chat to my partner at the end and was ok with him, even said goodbye. nothing to me Think she was off when manners and politeness were taught at school Food was nice

Worst service in town… absolutely unbelievable behavior

If you can see the funny side of being spoken to so rudely it’s worth going in just to see what kind of insults get thrown your way. Seems like other people have had a similar experience. The blonde lady that served me was so abrupt and aggressive unnecessarily. I would not return

Cloudy afternoon in Cala Bona so wandered out the hotel for a drink and a snack and stumbled across this place. The lady was mopping the floor inside when we arrived so I politely asked if she was still serving, and got a less than friendly response. My wife asked if they did sangria and also got a fairly curt reply...we perservered and had a couple of toasties which were nice enough but sadly we won't be back to sample the cakes etc as we weren't impressed with the attitude of the owner... doesn't cost anything to be polite in my opinion. First impressions count.

Eat in or take away you won’t find a better cake than Caroline’s!

Absolute empfehlenswert! Guter Kaffee und toller selbstgemachter Kuchen, da kann der Nachbar einstecken ;) und sogar zu humanen Preisen! Was will man mehr!?!? Jeder der sagt Caroline wäre unhöflich, dem schallt es zurück.... .. denn wie es in den Wall schallt, so kommt es zurück!
