Awesome customer service!

I was traveling w a huge bus group of adults w intellectual disabilities. The staff was so nice and so helpful. The place was clean and quick. Thanks for all your support and understanding.

Went with Mama then brought her a Western bacon cheeseburger till she moved to a nursing home . I continued to think they are the brstburgers and sweet folk working there.

I was the only one there, took almost 15 mins to get my order, poor customer service when asked about my order, not coming back here again Burger Patty wasn't good at all

I literally just got a crispy jalapeño sandwich not only did they take forever to give me my order which I didn’t complain about the chicken was undercooked and rubbery when I called the guy on the phone was rude and said he’d make me a new one only if I brought my receipt then hung up on me. If ima pay 10 for a sandwich I’d expect it to at least be cooked all the way. 5/10/2023 night crew
