I frequent the restaurant at 18032 Culver drive almost daily. This time it was a little eord because when i pulled up to order some weird robot responded instead of an actual person. My order was not correct as you could imagine but fortunately i was helped by Luna and she corrected the mistake made by that awful machine. I STRONGLY suggest getting rid of the automated ordering, it's impersonal and not practical for a drive thru. 5 stars to Luna, 1 star for the robot.
The automated customer service was so bad. Finally, Luna jumped in and helped us out of the mess autobot created!
Automated drive through voice is terrible, kills the atmospher. However, Luna quickly made up for it with excellent customer service.
Luna was great. She stepped in when I had to repeat my order several times. The AI couldn't understand what I was ordering because the street had heavy traffic flow passing by. I was considering cancelling my order leaving when Luna came to my rescue correcting the order the AI could not get. Technology is not a replacement for people. Carl's has provided human customer service employing employees many employees over the years. Carl's should continue to value their employees.

BEWARE OF THE OBSTRUCTIONS IN THE DRIVE THRU. I have Tesla Model X and will never go through this drive thru again. there are obstructions from the pillars in near the window that damaged my mirror when i told the staff about this i was told many customers complain about this yet nothing has been done. Who is going to pay for my mirror to be repaired no one to call no one to email such a simple fix to help protect customers cars yet it doesnt get done AVOID THIS PLACE unless you walk in.
Welcoming crew food was hot and fresh. Store was nice and clean. Will be coming back
