Caribou Coffee

Stopped in for the first time today and it happens to be their last day as they are closing. The baristas were friendly and the service was great. You can tell there was a great community at this store. Thanks for 16 years!

I have been a loyal customer of Caribou coffee and this particular coffee shop for over 10 years. As someone who used to study here regularly, I have always appreciated the cozy atmosphere and delicious treats served. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I ordered a coffee cake and a plain coffee, but I had to endure a wait while others who arrived after me were served first. I had to remind the staff multiple times to provide me with the slice of cake and the coffee I ordered. Additionally, I felt disrespected by their overall attitude towards me during this encounter. As a long-time customer, this kind of treatment is simply unacceptable. I believe in providing honest feedback to help improve customer experiences, which is why I am sharing my disappointment here. I hope that Caribou Coffee will address this issue promptly and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. I have always been a fan of Caribou Coffee, and I truly hope that this incident was an isolated case. However, I urge the management to take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to maintain the reputation and loyalty of their customers.

Service is bit slow .

Asked for a ham and cheese crescent. I ask3d for no egg because I have an egg allergy. As you quessed they gave me one with egg. I threw it away. I love Catibou's beverages service and locations. I do not like the food. I would not recommend anyone with any food allergies visit here as they do not care and will still serve you what your allergic to.

Open from 7:30am-2:00pm is bs….. you are not open early enough to get coffee for a someone who works and not open late enough to grab a coffee after work. If you are not going to serve the community that you open shop in then get out so another coffee chain that willing to serve the community can be there, your not even open for 8 hours. Get it together caribou
