Really fast with orders and drinks are always great!

Ordered online to pickup, the label of the drink has everything written out on it yet the drink was wrong and tastes nothing like it normally does. Workers did not even greet us when we walked in the door or anything and just stared at me the whole time I was in the store lol

The interiors of Caribou are in a desperate need of an upgrade.

Always a great visit. I’m from out of town and don’t have ‘bou’s near me anymore. Miss them very much.

The team was swift and provided excellent service.

I just stopped for my usual mocha - no food. The barista was nice, but since the store was nearly empty that time of day (early evening), I had to sort of call out to get someone from the back room. Once she was at the counter, she did a fine job and my mocha was good and just as I’d ordered (dark chocolate & extra hot).

Hi. So I work for caribou and i had to pay in full today. I should’ve had the 30% off employee thing but she completely was oblivious to search for this. I ordered a banana smoothie which was double blended per request but was filled ridiculously high. Which in turn melted in my car which was a sticky annoying mess to clean up. I’m more mad about the 30% discount than the food. Overall I might consider coming back, just don’t expect them to automatically click on employee discount when you clearly work at Caribou Coffee and searching for your account shows all of your perks,BOGOs, employee discount, etc.
