Caribou Coffee

This Caribou coffee shop is a gem! The staff is amazing, providing friendly and attentive service. There’s a great selection of hot drinks to choose from. The Chai Tea Latte was perfectly balanced, and the Mocha was rich and flavorful. The medium cup was filled generously to the rim, making it well worth the visit. Highly recommended for coffee and tea lovers alike!

We don't have this chain where I'm from but I was very very pleased with my coffee! Iced hazelnut latte!!

Nice people but yea my iced caramel latte taste kinda burnt lol something’s off to it.

First time trying and I will definitely come back. The chicken chorizo burrito was excellent--nice and piping hot, not lukewarm! Perfect!!!! 10/10

Nice location and service, but pleeeease get rid of prompting for tips in drive thru. It's a slap in the face when we're all facing ridiculous inflation, plus it's not a sit down restaurant.

So the store opened a few weeks ago. I gave it a five star review then. Today… not so much. Coffee was 30 minutes old, so I asked the person if I could have fresh coffee. I was given an eye roll and attitude. They said they could make a new batch but it seemed like I was asking a lot. Pastries selection was half empty. Might be good to plan in advance for anticipated sales. The self service station was very dirty. Hope management can get it right!

Excellent coffee and friendly staff today. Definitely a more pleasant experience than the typical Starbucks.

Atmosphere and service was great but they didn’t have much to offer for food. Still brand new place but I’m hoping they have more snacks and desserts.

This is turning into my favorite coffee shop. Great variety of regular and seasonal drinks and good food. I will be going back soon.

Drink tasted burnt - 1 drink was over $7 and it went straight into the trash. 🤮

Love the coffee, I felt the attendant really pushes for a tip, not sure why I have to give a tip at the drive-through when I just order coffee and she hand it to me. Most customers do not like having to deal with this. Give the attendant your credit card pay for your product and leave no reason to be handed the computer, and the first thing the attendant does is look to see if she got a tip and when she doesn’t get a tip, she has an attitude
