THIS IS A HIT OR MISS! Customer service is terrible. The lady in the front had a terrible attitude, working in this type of environment you need to be more welcoming to the customer. She was just mean and nasty! I asked to speak to the supervisor and she refused to let me speak them! Who ever is in charge needs to address this lady nasty attitude

Food is okay but o wish the staff was nicer and more responsive. Also for being the closest and most popular restaurant in the area I wish there was more variety. Haitian food is more than just fried pork, turkey, chicken and legumes. Where is the tassot boeuf, acra, marinade, paté, akasan, lalo, macaroni au gratin, legumes epinard? It’s always the same thing everyday. Boring!

This place is literally trash when it comes to customer service. This new girl has such a nasty , bottom of the barrel attitude. It amazes me to see an institution picking the worst employees to drive business down. I truly hope the owner does something about it. As far as myself, I would prefer to take my dollar somewhere I feel welcome.

Yesterday I purchased a turkey meal OMG ! No taste,dull .$15 + I literally had to cook it over ,added salt and piment..Seriously !I know that you can do better..the fried plantains were apparently re fried.I threw them out.I have purchased before and their food usually taste better

Food is to OILY. They use Bad OIL in the food which is not Good for the body, or the stomach, why is the Legume full of OIL? You deplete the quality of the meal by showering it with OIL, let alone oil that’s not good for you.. Customer service is Not FRIENDLY. RUDE, tread LIGHTLY Dietary restrictions: Make foods with the CORRECT oil (avacado, grape seed oil) that doesn’t MESS WITH THE STOMACH OVERTIME. stop being CHEAP by not purchasing a healthier option for your Customers. We are the CONSUMERS treat us right.

The lady in the front is so rude in disgusting I try to complain about my order she hangs up on my face 3 times tell me i was the one at that order my food wrong .don’t.

First time customer came to Caribbean favors Omg the food was fresh to order griot dinner was yummy with the black rice and legume the front staff was professional and welcoming. I would definitely go back and recommend others to try. Best Haitian food in town so far. Keep it up
