Nice cool out of the way bar close to the state fairgrounds

Your small neighborhood bar! Both bartenders I met were super nice and conversational. Crazy hours! Open super early and late! Very small not a huge selection of hard liquor but perfect to start the bar hop down the street. Cash only!
