Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken

Got fried cod here a few days ago and it was so over fried there was no fish

I don't want to put any stars but you have to choose. Just awful getting takeout just has no standards. Went to this location on Wednesday, April 3rd. The fish, chicken and fries was just excellent so fresh seasoned perfectly. I known only enjoy McDonald's fries. Again, the fries was just delicious, delicious . When today Friday, April 5th the worst tasting fish was just cooked wrong, not seasoned the way I ask and fries tasted refried and was given potatoe salad with our fish dinners instead of coke slaw. The pops was the absolute worst. I called to speak with manager told her about the experience asked if I wanted to come back and have the food redone NO thanks for the jester just make food the way it should be done anyway. Have cooks be consistent.

I always go to Captain Jay' on 10 Mile they have good people working and they are very polite and respected good job I will always go there thank you

Horrible customer service, didn't even try to figure out what had happened to 2 orders that I was sent to pick up! Just said "nope we don't have them" smh horrible

I wrote off captain Jay's a few years ago because it was so bad every time I went. Well, today proved why I stopped spending my money at any of these establishments. Let's start with the horrible customer service when placing our order over the phone. Can we move our lips and enunciate when speaking to a customer? We constantly had to ask her to repeat herself because we couldn't understand her. Also, you don't need to ask if that's it after each item, how about wait to the end of the order. The food was just as terrible as I remember. Wings that are the size of someone's pinky toe, bland fish, and barely any lemon pepper. The pop is flat and the shrimp was overcooked. Trust me, I won't ever eat captain Jay's again, not even if someone else pays for it.

1st time here I can't even believe how hard my food is. And it's 4 of us and she messed up all our food. And was nasty about it when we said something about it. Won't be back here...
