Captain Hook Fish & Chicken

Good but no mild sauce.. Sad

Portions were substantial, catfish was nicely breaded and cooked. Fries were excellent, crispy. Yum.

We have been fond of this place ever since it opened. The owner is truly dedicated and is always there. The food is fantastic!

Almost $40 for 2 meals (sub fries for hush puppies is an up charge) however it still came WITHOUT drinks at a place that serves their take out in the cheapest Styrofoam containers that make me not wanna eat my food after it’s dissolved into it… this place is just RIDICULOUS … NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! At least the one on Broadway gives you drinks with their meals … won’t be back to this location

Great fried chicken. I prefer the whole wings. Hush puppies are good too. Shrimp are ok.

Way better than JJ Hooks, or Hooks or any of those other places. Fried up to perfection everytime. Never have to wait long for my food. Alot of items on the menu are worth getting. Friendly service with consistent faces.

This place is on point for your food. Yes, the guy at the counter isn't gonna play with you. "Can I get this, and this" especially after you pay. Come correct. This is hood food at its best. You mad? Don't be ratchet. Done.

Food was very fresh, hot and tasty. The chicken tenders were really good, but the fries were excellent and the Gyro salad was AMAZING! Portions were also generous considering the price. We'll definitely go back again.

The owner was an absolute a******* he tried to tell me all the meals didn’t come with a drink and repeatedly argued with me and then proceeded to start talking with another costumer and asking if I was “done” then when his staff in the back started laughing and me and I addressed it he told me not to talk to them in a rude tone. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL and extremely unkind!

Very piss poor customer service is what I witnessed before I placed my order. To be laughing at someone about their order is totally and utterly disrespectful and flat out rude. I have never seen that in my entire life. You need to treat each and every customer like family. It doesn’t matter if you’re an owner or just employee. Disrespect someone in front of me, it will not fly. I will never come back to this location again. Get a damn life.

So disappointed. Ordered a 3 piece cod meal. The outside crust was perfect. The inside was undercooked. All 3 pieces were not cooked all the way through. No area of any pieces were fully cooked. So disappointed. Really Miss the Good Old Arthur Fisher Fish and Chip. The good old English fish and chips 😥😥😥

They know who I am when I call, the food is always hot and fresh and the cooks and owner are very nice. This is the only place I get my 10 piece with fries and extra lemon pepper from. 10/10 from me.
