The fish and fries were very nasty and had a bitter after the fries were stale fish was just uneatable everything was just old reheated food thumbs all the way down waste of my money 😐☹️

Was waiting to order. Nobody was at register. Worker was walking around sweeping. Didn’t even acknowledge me. So I left and ate somewhere else.

Once they forgot my hushpuppies, and another time my food my food was overcooked but overall, the food is decent, just check your food before you leave. The main issue I have is the condiments for the baked potato; either they are selfish with the sour cream or out. Today, I specifically asked for 2 sour creams and 4 butters and was given exactly half of what I asked for. My advice is if you can't afford to give out 2 sour creams and 4 butters, then you should not charge the additional $.99, or discontinue selling baked potatoes. It is difficult for some people to eat what can be considered a dry potato.

Ordered 4 piece paid 12.71, they gave me a 3 piece. Over charged ripped off, service was pleasant.. check your order before you drive off...

This is by far the worst captain Ds I've ever experienced. I was there Friday for lunch. My food was burnt, there was mold on the lemons, the fries were soggy and the lobster rolls were horrible. The bathroom smelled like armpits and piss. One of the workers was talking to the person that was taking my order, while I was ordering. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this location. But I gave it another chance and it still sucked.

If I could leave negative stars I would. My food was poorly prepared. The portions were miniscule and the staff was rude and dismissive. I've eaten at the Lilburn location and had a completely different experience. This is greasy, frozen food. I know that but the absolute least that I expect is a friendly staff. That is not the case here. I've come here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. During my lunch visit I asked for condiments and didn't receive them and had to go into the restaurant during my limited lunch break after I HAD ALREADY ASKED FOR THEM AND HAD TO PULL UP AND WAIT. You'd think that if I had to wait the food would be cooked perfectly and everything would be in the bag. Words can not express how frustrating it is when simple things go wrong and this location drops the ball in every regard. Don't Go Here.

This place is awful my husband fish was burnt and very greasy, is so sad. What kind of employees they are hiring that they do not care, can go out of business like other places because of bad employees.

The fairly young guy that looks like he is in his mid 30’s gave this business a bad reputation. He does not have good customer service skills. He also is not polite. I said thank you and he shut the drive through window. He also gave my son one chicken tender with his meal. When I called to address the matter his response was my bad. Do not come here if you see him. Save yourself the drive and money!

The woman couldn't understand English going through the drive-thru and had to go in place the order

Received excellent customer service from Ali, who greeted us immediately upon entering the door. I will definitely be back. So if you live here or are visiting please stop in and place your order. We are dining in and not only was the service top notched, the food is delicious and the restaurant is spotless. 20’ plus stars!!! 💫💫💫💫
