Always good food at a good price.

Horrible, horrible, horrible "service." I will never ever go back to the Lexington, SC Captain D's. I waited 30 minutes for food because I was stupid enough to walk in instead of using the drive-thru. Stay away from ordering inside. Manager and saff were horrible. Made illogical excuses for why me another customer had to wait while drive-thru customer after customer was served before us. Shameful service

The food was good and good service

3 piece fish dinner And 2 sides, It's enough for us For dinner.

Haven’t been to Captain D’s in forever and was so excited to go. I will never go back again. It was prime lunch time on a Saturday an hardly anyone there. We went to order and the lady that took our order seemed under the influence of something and it was very confusing. We ordered one drink and she charged us for two (we just didn’t even say anything) lt took her about 15 minutes to explain that they were out of tartar sauce. We received our food that was not good at all. We had to eat while the same lady screamed on her cell phone the entire time. $35 later we left hungry. The whole experience was uncomfortable at best.

Food was good and the drive thru was quick

Fast service, order was made fresh and with a large order it was all accurate, fresh, and completed quickly.

Poor service Food order was wrong..waited 25 minutes at table for food. Had to go ask for food. Asked for refund due to these issue was not given correct amount back. Was charged for drink that was never given to me.

The overall experience was awful The wait for the food was long, and when we got our food, it was cold and overcooked the restaurant was also dirty none of the tables were clean, and the restroom was not clean .from my experience and seeing all these 1 star reviews the owner needs to step up and be in the location more, and management needs to be retrained so employees are trained properly.
