Had a couple of issues with food quality once or twice, but the manager was completely on top of it right away and made sure that we were absolutely satisfied with everything. She's a younger ebony female with great customer relations skills who definitely deserves a pay scale that matches her higher quality of service. . In other words, she's a keeper and give her a raise in pay because she has earned it !!!

The shrimp meal was outstanding ! The service was excellent ! Just wished I received my usual birthday $5 Dollar discount card from Captain D's.

Tried to give this place a second chance. Boy was I sorry for that got very sick after eating my order think it was food poisoning. I missed 1 and a half days of work from it and was only offered a free meal coupon which went into the trash and a cash refund.

We went this evening before 5pm. Service was rather slower than normal. We asked for a shrimp dinner with 2 fish, green beans and Cole slaw. I got 2 pieces of catfish dinner with fries and Cole slaw. First of all when we got home there was no shrimp in the one dinner the fish was cold and the Cole slaw was spoiled. My fries were old and cold also. Very disappointing as we usually enjoy our meals.

Drive thru was asked to pull around front and they would bring it out. After sitting in my car for 25 minutes I went in and the woman came rushing towards me with my cold food.
