Capelo's Barbecue, the only authentic craft Southern barbecue, that use high-end, steakhouse-quality meats cooked on rotisserie smokers with real oak wood and serves them normally out of our food truck or catering events, but since June 2021 we expanded our commercial catering kitchen into a full-service restaurant complete with an indoor/outdoor Beer and Wine Garden and live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
