Can't Stop Smokin' BBQ

The hostess/order taker was a bit lacking, but the food was awesome!

Customer service is dead!!!! When the customer has to initiate conversation with the 'host' while standing in front of her silently for almost a minute, I should've left then. Placed my order. A sandwich and chips. After 24 minutes of my break wasted waiting on a sandwich ( which probably had yesterday's brisket) I approach the counter and ask where my food is. Of course there's finger pointing and someone or something else is to blame for losing the order. Takes the rest of my break to get the sandwich which tasted like it came from a QT. Should've went there instead for lunch, would've been cheaper for same value and wouldn't have wasted my entire break on horrible customer service.

Fast and friendly service, absolutely love the atmosphere and the young lady at the register is very friendly and informative. Food was fantastic

The place has good deals on lunch. And if you upgrade to the brisket it's well worth it. I gave a 3 on service cuz the employees at the register are a little flat.

Great people & excellent food. I've tried most of the meats, the smoked potato, the sides, and the cobbler. All delicious, good value! Seems more genuine & less good-ol-boy than the competition across the street. Dietary restrictions: The meets, slaw, smoked potato & potato salad are good for my gluten free diet.

Just stopped there today for the $6.99 lunch special! Are you kidding me? Where else can you get a sandwich, chips and drink for that price? Maybe in 2002!!? The bbq sandwich was amazing and the service was impeccable! I had the pulled pork sandwich, well seasoned. They offered jalapenos, pickles and bbq sauce in the condiments section. What a great deal!!! Not even McDonalds has a deal like that or the place across the street. I went there the other day, their food was dry and way overpriced!
