Cancun has stayed within the Ruiz family for 13 years. More than 20 years ago a Native of Mexico, Roberto Ruiz wanted to bring authentic Mexican cuisine to Knoxville after owning and operating several Mexican restaurants throughout Tennessee. In 2010 he decided to open Cancun, a Mexican Grill & Cantina restaurant with a laid back family environment, serving from tamales, burritos, carne asadas, to sizzling fajitas! We cater to all crowds, we are perfect for birthdays, company parties, or just a casual night out with some good friends!
