Our fluffy made-from-scratch english muffin topped with hand carved thick ham, or made as florentine, or with chilled smoked salmon, or thick cut bacon or veggie sausage, you decide... then topped with two local pastured poached eggs and finished with our delicious hollandaise sauce with just a bit of kick to it! Delicious layers of egg noodles, marinara sauce, fresh tomatoes, ricotta, mozzarella, beef, and herbs & spices. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350º (325º convection). Remove existing lid and cover with your aluminum foil. Place on lined baking sheet. Bake lasagna for 60 minutes and then remove foil, rotate and cook for additional 25 to 30 minutes. TOTAL baking time approximately 90 minutes is depending on your oven. Remove from oven and let rest at least 20-30 minutes to allow sauce to thicken and set.
