Calabrisella Cathays

Ordered Calabrisella as the food in photos looked amazing and it has won awards on Deliveroo. Upon recieving the order we were shocked. The brushetta was soggy and messy as you can see in the photo below. The arancino was missing and the pizza with the supposed seasonal vegetables was more of a drizzle of vegetables than a pizza with seasonal vegetables. Looked nothing like they advertised. It looked like an amateur attempt at making a pizza. If we could give 0 stars we would, absolutely waste of money

Great food and friendly service, high authenticity

Ordered on deliveroo having ordered here >8 times previously. They sent me 2x kids pizzas instead of adult. Called them and they refused to rectify. Awful customer service. Will never order again.

The food here is superb and the service is impeccable! The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, everyone is super friendly. Went for lunch with a colleague, we were engrossed in conversation and didn't realise the restaurant had closed. The staff never mentioned it, we were mortified when we realised and apologised profusely and still the staff assured us it was no problem and not to worry. I cannot recommend Calabrisella enough! Thank you for being so lovely!

The food tastes authentic and was freshly made,but all the guests after returning home where super thirsty,kids were waking up in the night looking for water-not quite sure why is that as it didn't taste salty at all. The restaurant was quiet during our meal,the waiter was friendly and tried to look after us the best he could. The prices are pretty high, especially for the desserts and drinks . I don't think I'd return again.
