The reason I gave ,1 a star, The service they gave very bad customer scale zero, they deliver very badly The manager Doesn’t know how to behave with the customer

Really tasty treats and lots of options available. Perfect for a guilty pleasure or something sweet with reasonable calories. Staff were amazing, was helped by Caitlin, who was very polite, smiley and accommodating whilst I had trouble making a choice. Will be visiting more often as reasonably priced and very welcoming. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and kids will love all the options

- Firstly no policies on whether 1 or more cakes is required to make number cakes - I came abit early than my pick up time to pick up but said wasn’t done evn tho I ordered 3 weeks before and it was plain white cakes with red and white boarder - The cake itself wasn’t cut into number shape properly, the icing boarder was so messy and too big, the roses added was deformed and melting off - With the Victoria sponge cake you can tell the edges was burnt and tasted so bad but the chocolate one was okay

Can't be bothered to open, ended up standing around outside like a Muppet well past the advertised opening time. Only to be told that they may open in a further 15-20 minutes. Sorry but I tried to buy a cake when I was on a break from work and I can't stand around all day in the hope that they can be bothered to open. Took my custom elsewhere

i bought a cake for a birthday present. Look at the state of this. Ruined my birthday gift. Both deliveroo and cake box is responsible for not packing it well. Delivered on a moped. No help from both sides.
