Caffè Nero

EDIT- this place is a failure. I ordered a sandwich off Uber eats and they subbed it for a blueberry muffin. Why not cancel my order??? I was charged 26 dollars for ONE muffin. Now I have to jump through hoops with Uber eats. I ordered a simple pomegranate tea. Why did it taste like she added 27 pumps of the flavoring used for the drink. I come to caffe Nero all the time for tea. This was the worst tea I’ve tasted in a very long time. I asked for unsweetened, but somehow it tasted like she dumped the entire mixer into the drink. Your employees aren’t trained to make tea, be careful with the hot foods. might set the place on fire

I can't even suggest room for improvement in this place. You guys are kinda perfect. Literally the best hot chocolate I've ever had. That pistachio cake was out of this world. My dad loves this place now. The service is excellent. Please keep it up guys

I was told that if I wanted a regular size cappuccino in a smaller cup with less milk I would need to pay $1.00. the barista argued with me about it too.
