Caffè Nero

Great atmosphere and I got the Jokers chair, which I appreciated watching all the other people enjoying themselves. This is second I have used Nero's and will probably use again.

best coffee in town and great that my dog can come in with me. Service is always ultra slow though, takes the staff an age to get anything done, and they always overfill the cups. The place definitely needs a bit of a spruce up too, generally always feels a bit grubby. product good, service / staff not so

The coffee & cake was lovely ,however the experience was marred by incompetent staff ,took 3 of them to clean up a spillage behind the counter ,therefore making the customers wait ,too much messing about by all staff ,very unproffesional i wont be returning

Tables need cleaning

The table was dirty and the girl behind the counter gave me a cloth to clean it myself I refused and she was not happy I will not be returning in the future.

Lovely and chilled and coffee is good .
