Sans aucun doute l'un des pires établissements de Florence en terme de service. Le serveur était hautain et désagréable et clairement pas à la hauteur du lieu et des prix pratiqués. Quel dommage...

A friend recommended here for its famous tiramisu. I would say the tiramisu is quite tasty but I am not sure if it is the best. The cream is very good but the coffee flavour in it is a bit bitter. If you sit down the price is 10 euro and I think it is too much, I think the service fee could be a lot fewer. Especially if you only come here for the tiramisu. We came here as a family and the deserts plus the coffee overall was a bit expensive (tiramisu 10 euro, coffee was around 6-7 euros) considering you could get a good lunch/dinner with the same money you pay here. Overall it is a chic atmosphere with very nice staff but the price/performance ratio could be improved.
