A fabulous menu and wonderful service.

Wonderful experience. Loved the attached museum. The bathrooms were amazing. Best public restroom in Texas that I've ever seen. Top notch tp too. It was overall a great place. I highly recommend the bacon burger. It was a taste explosion. I will be returning again when I can. Thanks for a great dining experience.

The place is so cute,, but do not trust those biscuits until they get a cover for them !!!!! Their front door lets in a lot of flies. The biscuits sit under this light uncovered to keep em warm, but this does make them super hard. We had ask for different biscuits the first one were super hard, our waitress was nice swapped them and brought us new ones. To my surprised there was a dead fly stuck in my biscuit notified the waistress and told her we were no longer hungry she voided our bill. No manager came by either weird.

Upscale restaurant in old Town Huntsville, everything was amazing, we had the smothered pork chop and cheese cake for dessert.

Isabell provided the most amazing service! Chef Chris made us an incredible spread and we devoured the delicious food! The decor and surroundings were so unique! They took such fantastic care of our large group!This type of history is a rarity!!! Definitely recommend!!!! 10 stars!!!!

Nice, clean, quiet place. Love the renovations. Our waitress was courtesy. She explained the menu in detail to more than one of us. Generous portions. You can't finish it all. Priced accordingly. My food was really delicious. I had the eggs Benedict on a buttermilk biscuit with pork belly and hollandaise sauce.

I have been eating here every morning and sometimes dinner since they opened and they are exceptional with the food, service and staff members including the managers are impeccable but I would like to mention a waitress who serves me almost every morning and her name is Isabell. I can't be mad at her at all, she smiles at you, she tries to be on time with services, I seat by the bar and watch her make my tea and help her team mates serves food. Her exceptional lady like her should be rewarded. Everyone works so hard and takes goof care of the customers. I think this place is exceptional. I only leave reviews when it is just so good or so bad and this place is so good. She deserves the employee of the month to me. I don't even know her in person.

We were in town in January for a show and had dinner at the Cafe Texan. The new decor is beautiful and we loved the overall vibe and enjoyed walking through the attached museum. Our dinner and drinks were great. I had the Texan burger and hubby had the Braised short-ribs. Highly recommend and we plan to come back!
