Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

It was fine. I didn't realized some of the food I ordered had green chilies (I hate them) so I didn't enjoy it very much. The green salsa was really good though.

As a long time customer of Cafe Rio hard for me to leave this review. The quality of the food is one problem but on top of it the customer service I really don't know what to say other than high school kids running a restaurant it's not a wise decision I understand that everyone is short-staffed but please train these people better. The quality of food has just gone downhill completely. the prices are high everywhere and I understand that but at least have quality food for the price you are charging so on top of overcooked meat and horrible customer service this will be the last time that we go to Cafe Rio... sad thing is it's not just one location it's several and their flaws are consistent with each other

They were 30 minutes late having a carry-out order ready because the rice was not done. When asked how much longer the wait would be, they were rude about it and offered no apology. There was mass confusion among staff. This location appears poorly managed. I will never again give them my business.

Nice portion sizes for the price. The shredded pork is sweet and spicy, almost Hawaiian like. Nachos are massive.

Food way really good!! I have only eaten here a few times and it has been amazing both times. Plus you get alot of food, definitely had room for a 2nd meal.

I’ve been here a handful of times, but three times recently. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but after today I will not be back. It has been awful each time. The workers are typically rude and unhappy. The food looks dry and old and they’re always out of multiple things. And today there was absolutely no one else waiting or ordering food and it took me over 45 minutes to get my food because the people working were making grub hub orders.
