Always love the food!

We arrived 25 minutes before close and there was no food ready to serve. Everything was put away. After some blank stares from the staff for a few minutes I finally asked if they were still open. They said yes, but they were out of rice, beans, and only meat available is chicken. We went elsewhere.

Paris and Shantel are always making things right. The whole team is really awesome, however those two are always smiling and making everyone feel at home. Please give them ladies a raise and them more hours! They make the atmosphere worth coming back.

Worst cafe rio ever I’ve been to. Please avoid. Food tasted like it sat out all day.

It's a bit pricey for a lunch but the burritos are huge. The pork is the best non premium meat. The beef is not the greatest.

Online order was missing key ingredients. No black beans and no rice and this was on both orders and they were missed - heck it is even capitalized on their expedition receipt. No surprise as to why the place was vacant which is not what you expect cafe Rio to be
