Café guse uses premium sauces, expertly extracted organic espresso and your choice of milk to delight your senses with our white chocolate mocha.

A mocha is dark chocolate, warmed with espresso and topped with milk. Mochas are a favorite among many. The chocolate plays well with the deeper notes of the espresso and brings a sweet finish. Mochas can be made with a variety of milk choices.

Caramel macchiato (also known as latte macchiato), is 'Milk marked with espresso'. It has the same ingredients as a latte, but is made and looks quite different. A good latte macchiato will have distinctive layers, whether served hot or cold. Add caramel and it becomes a caramel macchiato.

Cafe guse's matcha tea is a ceremonial grade matcha, meaning it is a more vibrant and deeper shade of green, due to the fact that it is made from the youngest tea leaves that have higher concentrations of chlorophyll.

Café au lait (“coffee with milk” in French); at café guse the café au lait is made with our organic drip coffee with hot milk.

Flat white is an espresso for those who like a strong taste of espresso. It is a small amount of steamed milk and microfoam with our expertly extracted espresso.
